Integra Scientific provides Authorised Representative services within the meaning of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 on market surveillance and compliance of products, and Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety.

An Authorised Representative mandate takes effect only upon execution of a written mandate agreement identifying the products, obligations, and duration concerned. Listing on this website does not itself create a mandate relationship.

Digital Product Passport services are delivered with reference to Regulation (EU) 2024/1781 (Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation) and its delegated acts as they enter into force per product group. Timelines communicated on this site reflect the state of adopted legislation and published Commission work programmes at the date of writing.
