1. Who we are
Integra Scientific ("we", "us") is the controller of personal data processed through this website and, in respect of client engagements, through the Integra client portal. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
Website: technical data strictly necessary to serve the site (IP address in server logs, retained briefly for security). We set no analytics or advertising cookies.
Enquiries: the name, email address, and message you choose to send us.
Client portal: account credentials and the regulatory data you or your organisation upload in the course of an engagement.
3. Why and on what basis
Enquiries are processed to respond to you (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps, GDPR Art 6(1)(b) and (f)). Portal data is processed to perform our contract with your organisation (Art 6(1)(b)) and to meet regulatory record-keeping duties (Art 6(1)(c)).
4. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept no longer than 24 months after the last contact. Engagement records are retained for the period required by the applicable EU product legislation (typically 10 years from placing on the market), then deleted.
5. Recipients
We use EU-hosted infrastructure providers under GDPR Art 28 agreements. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing. Data may be disclosed to market surveillance authorities where the law requires it in the context of a mandate.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
7. Cookies
